Backround: 

Carolyn is the MD and Projects Director of RBD Marketing, a marketing and business strategy consulting firm which she  initiated in April 2003, Carolyn worked on various projects, established marketing departments, drafted and implemented marketing strategies; did brand positioning, managed multimillion rands SAP projects  and worked on ad-hoc projects for the private sector, consulting firms such as engineering and development consultancy (KWEZI V3 Engineers); Structural and Civil Engineering consultancy (PD Naidoo and Associates), also worked with government parastatals such as South African Broadcasting Corporations (SABC), Mobile Technology Network (MTN) and the Capricorn District Municipality (CDM). She gained a versatile set of skills: organizational; problem-solving and negotiations skills; research, Writing and editing conceptual and analytic skills. Carolyn has also just completed a basic French language course.

Human Resources Management, and Travel and Tourism management diploma/certificates Damelin Institute (completed 2003). Courses completed included International Marketing Management, Strategic Management, client services management, and Presentation skills.
